I am a hardworking strong lady who wears many hats. I am a mother, a wife, a power lifter, a coach and a trainer. I'm dedicated to the fitness journey of my clients in the same way I am dedicated to my own. I started lifting in 2017 having never previously touched a barbell in my life. I picked up powerlifting in 2018 and never looked back! My fitness journey has led me to find joy and confidence in the gym that I never thought I could have and my goal is to help others find their way on their own personal fitness journeys.
